Thomas = Sam. Sam is the strategist behind all operations. With over 15 years in various spaces from Media to Education and having worked in the tertiary education sector for over the last decade, he has expertise in engaging audiences and in-depth knowledge on capturing attention spans for learning. Sam’s background in Engineering enabled him to understand the intricacies of teaching and delivering content within the STEM curriculum. He understands the challenges faced in effective online course design for conventional and face to face course structures. His digital first approach incorporates new media engagement techniques with standardised curricula and customised content creation to develop learning pathways and material to maximise engagement and knowledge retention. Sam is also currently completing a PhD in Engineering Education Design with a focus on STEM education in the tertiary sector and content relevance. In addition to content strategy expertise, Sam has worked with Individuals and Tech Start-Ups to build value propositions, pitch decks and create effective positioning. When he’s not working he can be found, flying drones, shooting art photography or mentoring millennials on the art of perseverance.
Isaac = Suchita. With 15 years of experience in the creative field, Suchita is the resident creator of all things “Thomas Isaac”. An expert at Brand ideation and content, Suchita crafts brands and designs identities with precision and finesse. Suchita brings her content design and social media expertise to the education space developing content strategy to maximise engagement for multiple digital platforms. She has developed multiple campaigns for organisations utilising smart content strategy and strong effective design to propel her clients forward and building strong audiences. A strong advocate for women in business and girls in STEM, Suchita believes that education is key to influencing change on a global scale. When she’s not working, she’s doodling and illustrating or searching Melbourne for the best hot chocolate.
